You will follow the NEW EEPH degree plan if:
You do NOT complete/pass EE213 by the end of Term 252.
Students in the new degree plan:
You will remain on the OLD EEPH degree plan only if you meet all of the following conditions:
You complete/pass EE213 by the end of Term 252, AND you complete/pass the following courses at or before their final offering terms:
*Note: Students following the old degree plan should NOT register PHYS301 (3-0-3) or PHYS430 (3-0-3) (the 3 credit-hour versions) or EE310. If a student on the old degree plan registers in one of these courses, they will automatically transition to the new degree plan, and some of their previously earned credit hours will not count toward the degree requirements.
If you do not complete all required old degree plan courses within the specified timeline above, you will transition to the new degree plan. Any previously completed courses from the old degree plan will be counted toward the new degree plan as follows:
Please carefully review the final offerings of old degree plan courses:
EE311 - Fundamentals of EE Design
PHYS300 - Classical Mechanics I (4-0-4)
PHYS430 - Thermal & Statistical Physics (4-0-4)
Students intending to remain on the old degree plan must take these courses accordingly.
