On Thursday, 12 February 2026, Mr. Rakan Al- Ohali conducted a three-hour workshop titled “Teaching Labs at KFUPM: Essentials, Strategies & Best Practices.” The workshop was offered to Electrical Engineering and Bioengineering graduate assistants and lab instructors, with the aim of strengthening effective lab teaching and supervision practices.

During the session, participants explored key essentials for running successful teaching laboratories, practical strategies for managing lab sessions, and best practices that support student learning, safety, and engagement. The workshop also provided a valuable opportunity for graduate assistants and lab instructors to exchange experiences and discuss common challenges faced in laboratory teaching.

This initiative reflects KFUPM’s continued commitment to enhancing teaching quality and supporting the professional development of lab instructors and graduate assistants.
