On September 14, 2026, the Electrical Engineering Department at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) welcomed a delegation of students from Al-Kifah International Academy as part of an educational visit to the university.

The visiting delegation included approximately 30 students accompanied by two supervisors. The visit provided the students with an opportunity to learn more about electrical engineering and gain first-hand exposure to the academic and practical activities carried out within the department.

Mr. Ammar welcomed the visiting delegation and introduced the students to the Electrical Engineering Department. He provided an overview of the department and its academic and educational activities, followed by a guided tour of several laboratories within the department.

During the laboratory tour, the students were introduced to various facilities and equipment used for teaching, training, and research. The visit offered the students practical exposure to the field of electrical engineering and helped them gain a better understanding of the role of laboratory-based learning in engineering education.

The visit concluded with an engaging educational experience for the students, providing them with an opportunity to explore the university environment and learn more about the field of electrical engineering.
