On September 17, 2025, the Electrical Engineering Department hosted a workshop titled “LaTeX for Academic Writing: An Introductory Workshop,” presented by Dr. Muhammad Khalid.

The workshop introduced participants to LaTeX, a widely used tool for academic and scientific writing. It covered the fundamentals of document preparation, equations, references, graphics, and formatting, equipping attendees with the skills to create professional-quality papers and reports.

Participants gained practical experience in structuring documents and applying LaTeX commands to produce clear, well-formatted academic work. The session emphasized effective techniques that enable students and researchers to confidently use LaTeX for high-quality academic and scientific writing.
