  • High-Speed & Next-Generation Electronics – novel device concepts for ultra-fast transistors, communication circuits, and beyond-CMOS technologies.
  • Energy & Green Electronics – electronic devices for energy harvesting, conversion, and efficient power management.
  • Computational Nanoelectronics & Device Modeling – density functional theory (DFT), TCAD, and multiscale simulation for device design and performance prediction.
