- Nanotechnology & 2D Materials – graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs), and other emerging 2D heterostructures for electronic and optoelectronic applications.
- Nano-Sensors – advanced sensor platforms for chemical, biological, and environmental detection based on nanoscale device architectures.
- High-Speed & Next-Generation Electronics – novel device concepts for ultra-fast transistors, communication circuits, and beyond-CMOS technologies.
- Energy & Green Electronics – electronic devices for energy harvesting, conversion, and efficient power management.
- Computational Nanoelectronics & Device Modeling – density functional theory (DFT), TCAD, and multiscale simulation for device design and performance prediction.
